To ensure a seamless event experience, all remaining balances must be paid in full no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled event.

We currently accept payment via:

• Credit or Debit Card through our website

• PayPal

• Zelle

Services cannot begin until payment has been received in full.

A non-refundable $75 retainer is required to secure your event date and time.

Your event date is not considered reserved until the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

The retainer will be applied toward your total event balance.

Additional event support may be added based on availability.

• $100 per hour

• Billed in 30-minute increments

• One-hour minimum ($100)

• Maximum of 3 additional hours per event

• Additional hours may only be purchased in conjunction with a service package.

Requests for additional time during the event are subject to team availability and cannot be guaranteed.

The Event Edit Collective proudly serves clients throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

Events located within a 15-mile radius of Sunrise, Florida incur no travel fee.

For events beyond 15 miles, travel will be charged as follows:

• Current IRS Standard Business Mileage Rate

• Plus a $25 travel service fee

Mileage is calculated using the fastest driving route from Sunrise, Florida to the event location.

The IRS updates its mileage reimbursement rate periodically. Current rates can be found on the IRS website: https://www.irs.gov/tax-professionals/standard-mileage-rates

To provide the highest level of service, we encourage clients to book at least 45 days in advance.

Events booked with fewer than five (5) business days' notice are subject to a $100 Urgent Edit Fee.

This fee covers expedited scheduling, planning adjustments, and any necessary accommodations required to prepare your event on short notice.

Additionally, if significant changes to the event scope, timeline, location, guest count, or services are requested during the final 72-hour event confirmation, an Urgent Edit Fee starting at $50 may apply.

The final fee will depend on the complexity of the requested changes and our ability to accommodate them.

We understand that plans can change. Because we reserve your event date exclusively for you, the following cancellation policy applies:

25 or more business days before the event

• Eligible for a refund of payments made, less the non-refundable $75 retainer.

5–15 business days before the event

• A cancellation fee equal to 75% of the total event cost will apply.

5 days or less before the event

• No refunds will be issued.

• The full event balance remains non-refundable.

Refunds are issued according to the cancellation policy outlined above.

The $75 booking retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

If Event Edit Collective is unable to fulfill services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, clients will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule, depending on availability.

Yes, all events have an event contract agreement that reflects the needs of your event, the scope of service as well as other important information. You will sign our agreement digitally via our secure website.
